Getting paid

Once a buyer reserves your quote, they pay you through the platform, so you do not need to chase payment yourself.

How payment works

When a buyer pays, here is what happens:

• A single payment is made: the buyer pays the full quote amount in one transaction. There are no deposits or instalments.
• The funds are routed to your payment account: the money goes directly to your connected bank account.
• You receive an email notification: the platform notifies you once payment is confirmed, and the quote status updates to Completed.

Linking a payment account

To receive payments, link a bank account in Settings \u2192 Billing & Plan. Choose your settlement bank, enter your account number, and select Link Payment Account. See also Setting up your account.

Note: Email verification is required before you can link a payment account. To change an account that is already linked, contact support@senergy.ng.
