QuoteYour priced offer in response to a request.
ContractThe agreement generated when a buyer reserves your quote. Also a quote type (see below).
TemplateA saved set of line items and terms used to build quotes faster.
ProductAn item or service in your catalogue, used as a quote line item.
WidgetA branded quote form you embed on your own website.
Automation ruleA rule that responds to matching requests automatically.
Line itemA single product or service on a quote: name, quantity, unit price.
Volume (kWh)The buyer’s estimated energy requirement.
Masked contactA buyer’s name, phone, email, and address, hidden until you earn access (by completing the quote) or unlock it with credits. See Unlocking customer details.
CreditA unit of platform usage, included with your plan. Spent to unlock a request’s masked customer details. See Billing and plans.
UnlockSpending credits to reveal a request’s masked buyer contact details before you win the quote. Priced by the request’s estimated volume. See Unlocking customer details.
Cash PurchaseA quote type for a one-time purchase. The buyer pays once and owns the system.
Contract (quote type)A quote type for an ongoing service arrangement (e.g. a lease or power purchase agreement). Also called Energy as a Service. Requires billing period, cycle count, and a total price.
Itemised pricingA pricing method where each line item has its own unit price visible to the buyer.
Bundled pricingA pricing method where a single total price is shown to the buyer instead of individual line item prices.
Billing periodOn a Contract-type quote: how often the buyer is billed (e.g. monthly).
Billing cyclesOn a Contract-type quote: the total number of billing periods in the contract.
  • Active: open and accepting quotes.
  • Closed: the buyer has concluded the request.
  • Expired: the deadline has passed; no longer accepting quotes.
  • Cancelled: cancelled before conclusion.
  • Pending: a draft you haven’t submitted.
  • Submitted: sent to the buyer, awaiting their decision.
  • Reserved: the buyer has chosen your quote. The job is confirmed.
  • Rejected: the buyer declined.
  • Withdrawn: you cancelled it.
  • Completed: the work is done and payment received.
