Receiving marketplace requests

To receive quote requests from customers searching the Senergy marketplace, you need to opt in from your settings. Once opted in, matching requests appear in your inbox automatically.

Switch on marketplace requests

In Settings → Organisation → Marketplace Settings, enable Opt-in to receive requests from Senergy. Requests from customers searching the marketplace then flow into your inbox. If you disable this, you continue to receive requests from your own widget or direct links.

How requests are shared

When a buyer submits a request, it is shared with multiple matching providers and is not assigned exclusively to one. Each provider who meets the criteria can submit a quote, and the buyer selects from those they receive.

• Shared allocation. Several providers can view and quote on the same request.
• The buyer decides. They compare the quotes they receive and reserve one.
• Timing matters. Requests carry a deadline, and providers who submit well-priced quotes early in the window are more likely to be selected.
